Cancellation policy:
- A szállás - szolgáltatás kötbérmentes lemondását az érkezés előtti 7.nap 16.00 –ig áll módunkban kötbérmentesen elfogadni.
- 7 napon belül történő lemondás, illetve a megérkezést követően korábbi elutazás esetén a lemondott szállás - szolgáltatás 30 %-a kötbérként kerül érvényesítésre.
- 72 órán belüli lemondás, vagy meg nem érkezés esetén a megrendelt szállás-szolgáltatás 50%-a (min.1 éj) kerül kötbérként érvényesítésre
- A kötbérigényt az üzemeltető SGHTHERMÁL Kft. az átutalt előlegből, foglalóból beszámítás útján is jogosult részben vagy egészben érvényesíteni.
