This year we have been to the resort for the sixth time since 2018. And we will definitely come again. Maintaining such a high standard of service for years is not easy, but they know it. Smiling staff always willing to help, clean rooms and premises, cozy, excellent cuisine, pleasant and prompt waiters. Thank you for a perfect week and see you :)

Charming hotel with specific old time like atmosphere is situated in the magnificent and well-maintained park. Golf course nearby. Friendly and positive staff. The only one weakness to be mentioned is a diner food offer and quality.

Nice hotel and friendly people. Price is OK if you ask directly, even more.

We will be back soon, we already have a reservation in December.

Staying in the hotel is a good experience, it creates an impression of the times of counts and princesses. The food is of high quality, especially the soups are excellent. The staff is friendly. The park is exceptional, the surroundings beautiful and peaceful. The right place to rest and enjoy!

Cozy boutique castle hotel situated in the large park. Great advanture is a 18 hole championship golf course nearby. I recommend suite booking, it is large with balcony and we enjoyed it.
In the cold september days lot of guests enjoyed outdoor swimming pool. We had one dinner during our stay only and improvement is recommended. Pet charge is higher than in many austrian golf resorts.

Very nice hotel, excellent massage and breakfast. On the downside - no elevator and very disappointing dinner, most of the staff does not speak English

Neither two years of corona not change high quality of services. Nice staff in reception and restaurant,clean room, area and pool, very good and tastefull kitchen. We were 3d time there and definitely we come back again. Thank you for nice time in Zalacsany

We booked to celebrate our wedding anniversary…we invited 10 dear friends to join us for lunch, the food and service is always very good however we have arranged for our friends to have a swim after lunch and although our suite has been empty for at least 3 hours it wasn’t serviced…I mentioned this to the receptionist but nothing was done…I was appalled and my friends did comment! I mentioned it again to the receptionist…not what I would expect in a 4 star hotel…in fact I have never had to make our bed in any hotel anywhere! This was our 3rd visit, I do believe it was our last!

We stayed in July for a couple of days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we just loved the whole experience so as we didn’t to go out of the country for a holiday we came back this time for 5 nights! And we had a wonderful time, as before the staff...all of the staff even the lovely cleaners are so friendly but very professional....and our little dog was treated as the little Princess she thinks she is! Great holiday, great food, super facilities....our new “best” place

Really nice week in resort. Room was claen, room service perfect. Kitchen top also waiteres were helpfuly and really nice. Resort outside clean, nice place for childrend, booth pools clean with really clean water. We were really satisfied and If you want spend holliday or long weekend this place is really Top. Thank you all staf for their interst for clients.

We booked to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and to be pampered!! And we certainly were..a lovely suite, which changed on arrival when the receptionist realised my husband has mobility problems!
The staff in every department were wonderful...it was our first time with you but definitely not our last!!

We visited this resort several time in the past, mainly the Kuria part. The Castle was our second visit. The choice of superior room with balcony in ground floor was very good decision and we enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially people in the reception. We travelled with our dog and it was a real pleasure the walk in a magnificent and very good maintained park. We ordered the breakfast only, it was average and relatively modest. We had the only one negative experience – a bad quality of white vine. This resort is a great place for golfers, it is less than 2 km from the Zala Springs Golf resort and is it much better choice than to stay in golf apartments from our point of view. The second value added is a perfect restaurant Vadászcsarda in the walking distance.

The services of hotel were GREAT! Nice place, nice people, tasty meals. We are going to come back there!

Very comfortable, excellent food and courteous and helpful staff

Everything was perfect, room, surroundings and half-board. One recommendation for bigger blond reception lady to be more friendly.

We had a wonderful time, the hotel was perfect for our two families with many children. The food was delicious and the wellness/pools were great. The rooms and the hotel interior could use a bit of updating but otherwise all was great. Really helpful staff!!

Grosses Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse (ideal für unseren Hund), Ausstattung zeitgemäss. Sehr freundliches Personal. HP ist empfehlenswert. Gern wieder.

Nice hotel in beautiful parc. Near the golf course. Breakfast was ok, the dinner really good, a lot of hungarian meals.

Nice place with great garden, very friendly stuff, really clean room, super kitchen, lot of places for spend time till 30km. We coming again.

Das Zimmer und Bad sind geräumig und sauber.
Das Essen war gut aber fast nur Fleisch. Keine alternative Kost für Vegetarier.

i would like to thank the hotel and its brilliant staff ,and i think every Hotel or residence is allways so good as it is the personal...It has been a long time since I was able to experience nature so intensively.There was a small private zoo especially in the morning hours.a myriad of different birds greeted me.all possible ones ...sparrows, storks, ravens, woodpeckers, swallows and at the top in the sky the Kings , falcons,buzzard and some others .that alone I will never forget it.and despite the cold season...I can well imagine what’s going on there when it’s spring or summer time -lol!
I’m looking forward to the next visit! to the Batthyány Kastélyszálló -Palace Hotel
