The price of the package includes the following services

The price does not include
- Tourist tax the amount of 600 Ft / fő / éj, which is payable on spot.

- Single use surcharge 40%

Cancellation policy:
- The accommodation service can be cancelled without penalty until 16:00 seven days before the arrival.
- In case booking is cancelled within 7 days, or bookings cancelled after arrival with earlier check – out and cancelled booking – 30% of the booking price will be invoiced as a penalty.
- In case of cancellation made within 72 hours, or in case of no-show 50% of the total booking price (or minimum 1 night price) will be invoiced as a penalty.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of 30% of the total booking price.
- The operator SGHTHERMÁL Kft. Is entitled to enforce the penalty claim in part or in full from the transferred advance payment or deposit.
Terms of payment:
- The booking is only valid once 30% deposit is transferred!
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 24 hours in case of possible mispricing, typo or other error.
