The price of the package includes the following services

- Unlimited usage of wellness area of the Castle – inner pool, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and usage of the fitness machines.(The outside pool is open between May and November) (For our Guests staying in the Mansion the wellness lays about 200 meters away in the Castle building, easily can be reached by a few minutes walk through our amazing ancient park with 300 year old trees.)

Cancellation policy:
- The accommodation service can be cancelled without penalty until 16:00 seven days before the arrival.
- In case booking is cancelled within 7 days, or bookings cancelled after arrival with earlier check-out and cancelled booking – 30% of the booking price will be invoiced as a penalty.
- In case of cancellation made within 72 hours, or in case of no-show 50% of the total booking price (or minimum 1 night price) will be invoiced as a penalty.
- The operator SGHTHERMÁL Kft. Is entitled to enforce the penalty claim in part or in full from the transferred advance payment or deposit.
Terms of payment:
- 30% deposit payment required.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 24 hours in case of possible mispricing, typo or other error.
