Bei einer Absage innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor der Anreise bzw. bei einer früheren Abreise werden 30% der Unterkunfts- und Dienstleistungspreise aufgerechnet.
Bei einer Absage innerhalb von 72 Stunden vor der Anreise bzw. falls unsere Gäste nicht ankommen sollten, werden 50% der Unterkunfts- und Dienstleistungspreise (aber mindestens der Preis einer Nacht) aufgerechnet.
Der Betreiber SGHTHERMÁL Kft. ist berechtigt, den Vertragsstrafenanspruch ganz oder teilweise durch Verrechnung mit dem überwiesenen Vorschuss oder der Anzahlung geltend

Der Kauf des Pakets wird gültig, sobald die Anzahlung von 30% überwiesen ist.
Das Hotel behält sich das Recht vor, die Reservierung innerhalb von 24 Stunden im Falle einer fehlerhaften Preisankündigung, eines Tippfehlers oder eines anderen Fehlers zu stornieren.
